2 Timothy 3:16-17
The absolute authority of the Bible over our lives is based on our conviction that this book does not merely contain the Word of God, but that it is the Word of God in it's sum and in it's parts. The text testifies of this, describing the actual process of this inspirations in breathing of life.
The Bible is the Word of the Holy Spirit "Theopnueustos" inspiration of God or God breathed. The Bible is not the product of elevated human consciousness of enlightened human intellect, but it is directly "breathed" from God Himself.
