John 14:12-14
Prayer offered in the name of Jesus is in accord with His revealed nature and purpose and has the full weight of His authority behind it.  Jesus' promise of greater works doesn’t mean the Disciples of Jesus will perform work that is greater in value or significance than His, rather they will be greater in scope and numbers. In these respects 1. Because Jesus was crucified His ministry was limited to a few years. But after the resurrection and Pentecost His ministry continues to be multiplied through Spirit empowered believer's. Amen
