Like the other eight gifts, is temporary and will not be needed "when that which is perfect is come."
1 Corinthians 13:10
But until that time of perfection for the church, we need these

Fight the Good Fight
1 Tim. 6:12
If there weren't any hindrances to faith, there wouldn't be a fight. When it comes to natural things, people will fight tooth and toenail for what belongs to them. But when it comes to spiritual things, many just roll over and play dead.
If the Word of God says something belongs to you, then it belongs to you! Put up a fight, stand your ground on God’s Word. It is up to you to fight the good fight of faith with the Word and receive your promised blessings and all that God has promised you. Amen

Know that God sees all that we do. Turn away from iniquity and sin, it will trap you, keep you captive like one who is bound with a strong rope.
Listen to and do not stray from this wise instruction run keep away from the adulterer and the prostitute. Do not allow your heart to be drawn to their ways. Remain faithfully devoted to the one you marry. Let the love of your spouse alone satisfy you. Amen

Wisdom and Wickedness
The writer of Proverbs 4 gives us the greatest of words. The words of wisdom so that we may walk in His light and grace. These words also contain words for the wicked. A warning if you will about the dark paths. As we take heed to the Words of the Father we find promises in vs. 10,12,13. And life and health to our whole bodies vs. 20-22.

Use the Sword of the Spirit Against the Devil
When Jesus was tempted by the devil to turn the stones into bread, Jesus just answered with the Word.
Matthew 4:4
Jesus did not use a single weapon to defeat the devil on this occasion that the saints of God do not have available to them today. When you are tempted by the Enemy just say,
"It is written."
In order to effectively resist the devil. You have to have the Sword of the Spirit, If you the Word of God hidden in your heart and meditate on it continually it will work for you. Then you will be able to withstand the attacks of the enemy. Amen

Answered Prayer
Learning how to pray effectively is one of the most important things a believer can ever do in his Christian walk.
A believer’s prayer life should be based and built upon the Word of God.
Be specific and stand on God’s promises, decide what you want from God and find the scripture or scriptures that definitely promise you these things.
Praying to have fellowship with God will spill over into the realm of praying specifically in order to receive an answer.
Pray according to the Word. We know that faith begins where the will of God is known, and that God’s Word is His will. Many believer’s are trying to pray beyond their faith. You have to meditate on the Word of God.
